Mr. Clardy is a native of Anderson, SC, where he currently resides with his wife and children. He attained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina in 2000 and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005. Before entering private practice, Mr. Clardy as a law clerk for the Honorable G. Ross Anderson, Jr., Federal District Judge Greenwood Division, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Mr. Clardy is well-versed in Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Clardy has been representing clients in private practice since 2006. Mr. Clardy is licensed to practice in all South Carolina trial and appellate courts. Mr. Clardy is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Clardy is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Anderson Inn of Court and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
